SHIPPING POLICY
We understand that sometimes a change of mind or product dissatisfaction may occur. At Pawsomedogtreats, we offer a straightforward return & exchange policy to reassure our customers. Our aim is to build trust and confidence, ensuring our customers can shop with peace of mind.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We ship using Australia Post and a number of different couriers on your behalf. We ship within 5 -10 working days of your order being received (most within 5 working day). In the extremely unusual event that a parcel is not received, you must contact us within 25 days of the shipment date so we can investigate as couriers hold tracking information for certain amounts of time to investigate.
